Council determiYies it to be for the best interes-ts of the Village of Ma?field not to proceed with the oonstruction of said sidewal.ls in Wilson Mi.17.s Road and said cuz°bing in S014 Center Roado Sec. 2. I4hen tfr3.tten consent to abandon the construction of said sidewa7lz J.HNilson Mls Road and said curbixig in SOM Center Road is obtained from all the owmers of a7.1 of the praperty abutting the ixnprovements prescra.bed in Resolution No, 404' the construction of said sidewa7ls in Wilson 111ills Road ancl curbing in SOM Center Road shall be abandoned, and the owners of proper-E?y abutting the imnrouements descri'oed in Resolution No. 404 sha11 be assessed on a benefi-ts basis for the cost of the improvements actually completed9 less 2% and the cost of intersectians.
