Brown <br />AN ORDTIVANCE 10 PURCHASE A NEGT POLICE AUTOTqOBIZE <br />WHEREAS, Keith weigle bIotors, Ince , a responsible bidder, duly f iled <br />its bid with the Clerk of the Village oi Mayf ield, Ohio, in accordance with <br />law, offering to se11 to the Village a new 1960 Plymouth DeZuxe V-8 Four-Door <br />, Six Passenger Station sdagon, with certain equipment, for the sum of $2,823m16, <br />plus $4.85 for ti-tle charges, less an allowance of $800.00 for Car #154 , a <br />Ford Station Wagon now being used by the Village Police Departrnent,._which <br />' said ICeith Weigle Motors, Incm is to purchase from the Village, malcing a <br />net cash difference of $2,028,0I,a11'being in accordance with the specifi- <br />' cations established in connection with the Notice f or Bids and in accordance <br />with the bid submitted by said Keith Weigle Motors, Inc.y and <br />' T,TIiEREAS, said bid of 'Keith Weigle 'Motors, Inc. is the lowest and <br />best bid submitied. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIVCIT., OF THE VIZLAGE OF TvIAYFIELD <br />CUYAHQGA COUPdTY OHIO THATr <br />' Sec. 1. The bid of Keith Weigle NIotors, Inc., offering to sell to The <br />i Village of Niayfield a new 1960 Plymouth De-Luxe V-8 Four-Door Six Passenger <br />Station Wagon, together with the equipment described in its bid submitted in <br />? rPsponse to the advertisement ior bids, for the total sum of $2,828.01, which <br />includes $4.85 f or title charges, and offering to purchase from the Village <br />Car #154, being a Ford Station C,Tagon now used by the Village, for the sum of <br />$800,00, leaving a cash balance of $2,028.01 to be paid in cash to said Keith <br />14eigle Iiotors, Inc., be and the same is hereby accepted. <br />Sec. 2.
