Sec. 1. 1ha1: the assessment o= the cost and expense of improving <br />r) Seneca Road from S.O.M. Centei Hoad in an Easterly direction to the <br />? TJesterly line of Beech Hill Road, by grading, ditching and paving with <br />0 asphaltic materials, amounting in the aggregate to $12,382e50, as reported <br />z to this Council on the 18th day of APril, 1960, and.as reported to the <br />? Cleric on the 2nd day of April, 1960, by the Board heretofore appointed <br />? to es-L-imate said assessnients, notice of the filing of which assessments <br />has Ueen given as required by law, be and the same is hereby adopted <br />and confirmed, and that there be and there is hereb3T levied and assessed <br />upon the lots and lands bounding and abui:ting upon both sides of Seneca <br />' Road, from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly direction to the iaesterly <br />line of Beech Ilill Road, the several arnounts repo?-ted as aioresaid, which <br />assessments, together with the descriptions of said lots and lands, are <br />now on file in the off ice ot the Clerk of this Council, and which assess- <br />ments are in propor-L-ion to the speczal benefits and are not in excess of <br />the special benefits to said property, and are not in eYCess of any <br />statutory limitation. <br />Sec. 2. That the total assessment against said lot or parcel <br />of land sha11 be payab7.e in cash wiihin 30 days from and after the <br />passage of this ordinance, or at the option oi the owner, in ten annual <br />installmen'cs, with interest at the same rai:e as shall Ue borne on the <br />bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. All <br />cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of the Village of Mayfielde <br />All assessments and installmeni.s thereof remaining unpaid at the <br />e:cpiration of said 30 days shall be certif ied by the C1Prl: of the Council <br />to the Counl:y Auditor, as provided by law, to be by him placed on the <br />tax duplicate and collected as other tayes are collectedP <br />a - <br />? <br />?
