BE IT ORDAIN'ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VI-LZAGE OF MAYFIEZD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO: Sec. 1, Thaz the assessment of the cost and expense of improving Bonnieview Road from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easte-rly direction to the T,lesterly line of Beech Hi11 Road, by grading, ditching and paving with asphaltic materials, amounting in the aggregate to $12,838.38, as reported to this Council on the 18th day of April, 1960, ancl.as reported to the Clerk on the 2nd day oi Elpril, 1960, Uy the Board heretofore appointed to estimate said assessments, notice of the filing of which assessmeni.s has been given as required by law, be and the same is hereby adopte:d and cotu irmed, and that there be and there is hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon both sides of Bonnieview Road, from S.O.'Ivi. Cenicer Road in an Easterly direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road, the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assessments, together with the descriptions oi said lots and lands, are noia on f ile in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which assess- ments are in proportion to the special benefits and are not in excess of the special benef its to said property, and are not in excess of any statutory limitation. • Sec. 2. That the total assessment against.said lot or parcel of land shall be.payable in cash within 30 days from and after the passage of this ordinance, or at the option of the owner, in ten annual installments, with interest at the same rate as shall be borue on the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the sane. Al1 cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of the Village of i4ayf ield. All assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said 30 days shall be certif ied by the Clerk of the Council to the County Auditor, as provided Uy law, to be by him placed on the tax duplicate and collected as other icaxes are collected. ' Sec. 3. That this ordinance, being an emergency caeasure for -che immediate preseryation of the public peace, health, safety and welf are of i:he inhaUitants of the Village of Mayfield, shall take effect immediately
