highways or any part thereof in the Village of Mayf ie1d,.Ohio: <br />Thornapple Drive, <br />Robley Zane, <br />Seneca Road, <br />Glenview Road, <br />Bonnieview Road, <br />Worton Park Drive, <br />North Taoodlane Road, <br />Woodlane Road, <br />South G7oodlane Road, <br />Norman Zane, <br />Beech Hill Road. <br />Hemingway Drive, <br />Metro Park Drive, <br />Beechers Brook Road, <br />Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to <br />prohibit the use of any of said roads or highzaays by commercial tractors or <br />commercial cars for making deliveries to or receiving goods from any houses, <br />buildings or lands abutting said roads and highways, nor shall anything herein <br />contained be construed to prohibit the use of said roads and highways by police, <br />f ire and other vehicles owned or operated by the Village o£ Mayfield or licensed <br />by said Village to pick up rubbish or garbage fro.m property abutting said roads <br />and highways. _ <br />Secm 3. Any person, f irm or corporation violating any provision of this <br />ordinance shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50.00 for each off ense and <br />court costs. <br />Sec. 4m This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the'public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants because of the <br />urgent necessity of protecting the above described roads and highways from <br />deterioration and disrepair caused by commercial tractors and commercial cars <br />in through traffic, and this ordinance shall be in f orce and effect on and <br />after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of June , 1960. <br />Attestt <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />. ? <br />(S L) lerk
