Sec, 5. Fenalties. Any Minor violating the provisiuns of Sections
<br />1 or 2 of this Ordinance-sh?ll be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court
<br />law and psoceduree Any parent, gnardian or other adult person having the care
<br />and custody of a minor eiolating Section 4 hereof shall be f ined in an amount
<br />not to exceed $-50e00 or con£ined in jail not more than ten days, or both,
<br />f or each such offense. Each violation of any provision of any section of this
<br />Ordinanee shall constitute a separate offense.
<br />Sec. 6e Separability of Provisionse It is the intention of Council
<br />that eaeh separate provision of this Ordinance and each separate section thereof
<br />shall be deemed independent of all other provisions and seetions herein, and it
<br />is further the intention of Council that, if any provisions of this Ordinance
<br />os any sections of this Ordinance be declared invalid, all other provisions
<br />and sections thereof shall remain valid and enforceable.
<br />Sec. 7. EmerLency. This Ordinance is hereby_declared to be aa
<br />emergeney measure, immediately necessary for the preservation of the public
<br />peace, health, safety, welfare and property of the Village o£ Mayf ield and
<br />its inhabitants,.f or the purpose of curtailing juvenile delinqueney, and
<br />this Ordinance shall be in force and effect fro.m and after the date of its
<br />passage.
