The District and Zone Map attached to and made a <br />part of Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance for <br />the Village of Mayfield, 4hio is hereby amended so that <br />the following described property abutting the westerly <br />side of S.O.M. Center Road in the Village of Mayfield <br />shall be changed frorn a Class U-1 Use District to a <br />Class U-3 Use District (Apartment House). <br />"Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuy- <br />ahoga, State of Ohio and known asbeing gart of original <br />Mayfield Township Lot No. 13. Description follows. <br />"Beginning on the center line of S.O.M. Center <br />Road at a point distant Southerly 335 feet from its <br />intersection with the center line. of Wilson Mills Road: <br />"Thence Westerly 590 feet parallel to the said center <br />line of Wilson Mills Road to a point; bhence Southerly <br />260 feet to a point distant Westerly 560 feet from the <br />said center line of S.O:M. Center Road; thence Southerly <br />405 feet parallel with bhe said center line of S.O.M. <br />Center Raad to a point; thence Westerly 1,35 feet at right <br />angles to the said center line of S.O.M.
