B- ACCESSORY USES IN RESTRICTED MULTI-STORY APARTgIENT HOUSE DISTRICT, <br />The following accessory uses and buildings are perm:itted in a <br />Restricted Multi-3tory Apartment House District: <br />1- Within a main building,the off ice of a surgeon, physician, <br />clergyman, lawyer, architect, engineer or similar professional <br />person residing in such main building and employing in said office <br />a limited number of non-resident off iee or laboratory assistants <br />provided no sign or other outward evidence of the occupation <br />is displayed on the premises, <br />2- Parking garages and parking spaces for the occupants of the <br />premises,-their guests and employees. <br />3- Any other accessory use customarily incident to a use in a <br />residence district including but not limited to service and <br />maintenance f acilities for buildings, grounds, and occupants, <br />their guests and employees. <br />4- Recreational and community f acilities f or the benef it of residents. <br />5- Adequate storage facilities shall be provided. <br />6- Private clubs whose membership is limited to residents of the <br />building and which is operated for the benefit of inembers only. <br />Nothing shall prohibit members from extending guest privileges <br />to their relatives and f riends. <br />C- RE9UIRED GARAGE AND FARLCING SPACE. <br />1- Garage parking space to accommodate two motor vehicles f or each <br />apartment of two or more bedrooms and one space for each of all <br />other apartmentso Exterior or garage parking shall be psovided <br />for guests and employees equal to 25% of the required tenant <br />parking. No space in a driveway sha11 be considered a parking space. <br />2- All driveways and parking spaces shall be smoothly graded, hard <br />surf aced and adequately drained. ' <br />3- Adequate f acilities for loading or unloading and for service <br />and maintenance shall be provided in each main building. <br />D - HEIGHT LIMIT <br />The minimum height of any main building in a Class U-3-AA <br />District shall be 120 feet. There sha11 be no other height <br />limitation provided the building conf orms to minimum yard <br />and land coverage restrictions.
