injurious, obnoxious or offensive by reason of emission <br />o£ re£use watery odor, dust, funles, vibrations, smoke, <br />gas, noise or otherwise, and is not dangerous to life, <br />health, property or morals and will not cause undue <br />congestion on the public highways. <br />Class U-7 Uses (Prohibited) <br />(1) P4anufacture or Industrial Operation of any kind other than <br />Class U-1, U-2, U-3, U-4 or U-5 use as hereinabove listed, <br />unless a special permit is given by the Village Planning <br />and Zoning Cottmission in accordance with Item (16) under <br />Class U-5 uses and Item ( 11) under Class U-6 uses. <br />(2) Veterinary Hospital. <br />(3) Scrap Iron or Junk Storage. Scrap paper or rag storage. <br />(4) Reduction of garbage, refuse, off al, or dead animals. <br />(5) Storage of explosives, except temporary storage by <br />, contractors constructing public improvements in <br />accordance with the Ordinances of the Village of Mayf ield <br />pertaining to explosives. <br />(6) Wholesale produce market. Wholesale produce sales room. <br />(7) Slaughtering of f owls and/or animals." <br />Sec, 2. Ordinance Noo 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of <br />Mayfield, is further amended by adding thereto Section 8.1 reading as <br />follows: <br />" Sec. 8.1. Restricted Multi-Story Apartment House District. <br />A- PERMITfED BUII.DINGS AND USESe <br />t'Except as otherwise specifically provided in this section, no <br />building or premises in a Restricted Multi-Story Apartment House <br />District, shall hereaf ter be erected, altered, used, arranged or <br />designed to be used in whole or in part f or other than one or more <br />of the specified uses, as followst <br />1- All uses permitted and as regulated in a Single Family District - <br />2- Multi-Story Apartment House accommodations and accessory £acilities <br />3- Fire Stations and Municipal Uses.
