<br />Sec. 2.. The sections and provisions of Ordinance No. 86, known
<br />as the Building Code of the Village of Mayf ield, as amended from time to
<br />time, to the extent that the same provide for the location, design,
<br />materials, construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy,
<br />maintenance, removal and demolition of buildings and structures and
<br />appurtenances thereto other than one-family and two-family dwellings and
<br />appurtenant structures, and the administration thereof and thereunder,
<br />including the issuance, scope and obligation of buildin
<br />penalties for violation, powers of building off icial and them1ts, inspections,
<br />procedure for review of his decisions, and for the registrationghlicensing
<br />and certificates of qualif ications of contractors, eZectricians, plumbers,
<br />welders, inspectors, or other persons providing work or services under
<br />this Ordinance No. 726, be, and the same are, hereby repealed; provided,
<br />however, that Ordinance No. 360 providing for an Architectural Board of
<br />Review and an Advisory Architect, as amended from time to time, Ordinance
<br />. No. 410, establishing a minimum living area for dwellirig houses, as amended
<br />f rom time_to ti.me, Ordinance No. 285, prohibitin and
<br />for occupancy of residence buildings before completionPthereof, Ordinancety
<br />No. 298, as amended, creating the position of Building In`spector & 3ervice
<br />Director, Ordinance No. 385, requiring construction of driveways and
<br />culverts not later than the time of excavation, and the Ordinanees of
<br />the Village of Mayfield presently governing permit and inspection fees,
<br />_ shall remain in full force and effect. Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
<br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
<br />health and safety of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in
<br />that adequate requirements must be established as-soon as possible for
<br />the construction of buildings other than one-f amily and two-family
<br />dwelling houses, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in f orce
<br />immediately upon its passage. .
