TnII,SON NiIZZS ROAD TO _ A CLASS , <br />U-3.AA USF,DISTRICT.( RESTRICTED MIJLTI-STORY _ <br />APARTk1ENT HOUSE) _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILZAGE OF MAYFIEZD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />? On December 159 1961, provided there is then in fu11 force <br />and effect an ordinance of the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio, creating and <br />permitting Class U-3 AA Uses ( restricted multi-story apartment house), <br />the following described property, situated in the Village of blayf ield, <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, shail be transferred from the Class- <br />U-1 Use District to the Class U-3 AA Use Districto <br />Beginning at the extreme Southeastern corner of The 9illage of <br />Mayf ield where the corporation line between the Village of Mayf ield <br />and tha Village of Gates NTills intersects the centerline of Wilson <br />Mills Road, 60 feet wide: <br />thence Northerly, along said corporation line, 1100 feet; <br />thence N 01° 001 001' W, 425 feet; <br />thence N 25° 21' 11*' W, 132 feet; <br />thence S 420 00t 40t' W, 158.56 feet; <br />thence S lI 40' 4911 W, 120 feet; <br />thence S 02° 36g 09f4 W, 819.48 feet; <br />thence S OI0 17' 00" Trl, 940.10 feet to the center line of <br />, Wilson Mills Road; <br />thence Easterly along the centerline of Wilson Mills Road to <br />the aforesaid extreme Southeastern corner of the Village of <br />Mayfield and the principal place of beginning. <br />a <br />A <br />? <br />? <br />c <br />b <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />Sec. 2e At,the time and on the condition set forth in Section 1 of <br />this ordinance, the Village Engineer is hereby authorized to revise: the <br />official District & Zoning Map so that the same shall incorporate the <br />terms and conditions of this ordinancee <br />Sec. 3.
