ORDINANCE No. 735 <br />By Mr, Belzer <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH <br />I~SARTHA WIECE FOR TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE <br />AND TO REPEAL ORDINANCE No. 732. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF_OHIO, THATs <br />Sec. 1. .The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized on behalf of the <br />Village of Mayf field to enter into an ,agreement in writing with Martha Wiece <br />for telephone answering service for periods of one year beginning March 1st, <br />1961, unless said agreement is sooner terminated by either party upon 30 days <br />written notice. Said agreement is to provide that said Martha Wiece will at <br />her home at #471 i~iiner Road, on equipment to be furnished by the Ohio Bell <br />Telephone Company, answer all telephone calls not otherwise answered at the <br />Village Hall on all of the Village telephone lines, including its Police <br />Department and Fire Department, and take the messages and give them to the <br />proper persons, that_she will transmit all emergency telephone calls of the <br />Village of ylayf field Police Department to the Police Department of the City <br />of University Heights, and that she will cooperate with the Ohio Bell <br />telephone Company in relaying fire department calls of the Village. For <br />this service she shall be paid the sum of $75.00 per month. <br />Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk are authorized to talce such steps <br />as may be necessary to the execution of said contract. <br />See. 3. Orcl~iriarice -No'. - 732 entitled:04An Ordinance to Enter Into a <br />Contract With Joseph Wiece for Telephone Answering Service" is hereby repealed. <br />Sec. 4.
