THE IML'P.OVE- MENT.OF WORTON.gARK_DRIVE, WOODLANE DRIVE, NORTH WOODLANE IItIVE,_SOUTfi WOODLANE DRIVE AND.NORMAN.LANE DRIVE. _ WHEREAS, The Council of the Village of Mayfield has heretofore by legislation.d_eclared the necessity of improving Worton Bark Drive, Woodlane Drive, North Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive atad.Nox~nan_Lane Drive, by constructing a water main and appurtenances therein. _ _ NOW THEREFORE., .BB IT ORDAINED BY THL COUNCIL OF TH8 VILT~AGE OF N~AYFITLDS Sec~l. That it is hereby declared necessary to issue bonds of the Pillage of M~rfield.in the principal sum of $ 74,200.00 for the purpose of raising. money in anticipation on the collection of special assessments for the improvement of the following named streets by the construction and installa- tion of water mains and appurtenances as provided for in Resolution #499, adopted June 19, 1961; _ (a) Aorton Park Drive, from the existing water main~in the inter- . section of Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drive, in a South- erly direction to the Northerly line of South Woodlane Drive; (b) Woodlane Drive, from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20 in a Southerly direction to the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 11; _ (c) North Woodlane Drive, from the Westerly line of 'Worton Park _ Drive in a Westerly direction to the Southeasterly comer of Sublot No. 20; (d) South Woodlane Drive, from the Northwesterly corner of Sublot _ No. 11 Easterly_to a point 225 feet East of the center line of Worton Park Drive; (e) Norman Zane Drives from the Westerly-line of Worton Park Drive _ Westerly to the Easterly line of Woodlane Drive. . That said bonds shall be dated September lst, 1962, shall bear interest now estimated at three and one-half per centum (3-1/2%) per angum,.payable,semi-annually and shall mature in 20 annual installments afher their issuance.
