<br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND
<br />APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS
<br />PURPOSES DURING THE YEAR 1961 -

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA
<br />COUNTY OHIO, TWO-THIRDS OF THE AIIIKBERS.ELECTED THERETO_CONCURRING,
<br />THAT: - . .
<br />Sec, 1, To the extent that, during the year 1961, any
<br />expenditures have been made by or under authority of the Council of
<br />the Village of lviayf field, Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts
<br />appropriated therefor by the appropriation ordinances and amendments
<br />thereto adopted in 1961$ or for items for which no specific appro-
<br />priations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk of the Village of
<br />iviayf field is hereby authorized and directed to transfer sufficient
<br />moneys from other appropriation items which have not been fully
<br />expended and, if necessary, from moneys in the General Fund not
<br />otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such expenditures,
<br />and the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated for the
<br />purpose of making such expenditures.
<br />Sec, 2, This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure,
<br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welf are of
<br />the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants and this ordinance shall
<br />go into effect immediately upon its passage.
