OHI04 _ _ _ _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />THAT: _ .. - - - - ~ ..... . <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved <br />a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1962 and <br />.WHEREAS, a number of the roads to <br />Village streets and also County roads known <br />between the limits designated, viz; <br />Road <br />Highland <br />Wilson Mills <br />White <br />Lander <br />Ridgebury Blvd, <br />From <br />be maintained and repaired are <br />by the following names and lying <br />To <br />SOM Center Road W, line Mayfield Village <br />Lander Road E, Line Mayfield Village <br />SOM Center Road W,, Line Mayfield Village <br />S, Line Mayf field Wilson Mi11s Road <br />..Village <br />Within the limits of Mayf field Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or .all of the <br />following. operations at the discretion of the County Engineer, <br />1. Repairing roadway berms., <br />2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems. <br />3, Repairing and maintaining road surf aee, <br />4, Mowing weeds on berms® <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rail. <br />6, Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs, <br />7, Painting center lines and marking RJR, crossings, <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, State of .,Ohio,. than <br />Sec..lq That it is declared to be of public interest that the consent <br />of the Village by and such. consent is hereby given to the maintenance and <br />repair on the above mentioned highways between the teraaini aforesaid, by <br />the Board of County Commissioners, <br />
