"Interpretation; Purposes." <br />Sec. 23. "Amendments." <br />Sec. 21~. "Completion and Restoration of Existing <br />Buildings." <br />Sec. 25. "Penalty for Violation . " <br />Sec. 26. 'Invalidity of a Part." <br />Sec. 28. "Filing Fee." <br />Wherever there is a conflict between any provision of Section <br />30 and any part of Ordinance No. 159, as amended, in its present form, <br />the former shall apply insofar as Motorist Service Districts, Office- <br />Laboratory Districts, and Production-Distribution Districts are <br />concerned." <br />;' <br />- 2!~- <br />
