<br />R <br />I~ <br />Sec. 3. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to .revise <br />the official District & Zoning Map so that the same will incorporate <br />the terms and provisions of this ordinance. <br />Sec. 1~. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, nenecessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its <br />inhabitants, for the reason that, unless it becomes effective <br />immediately, other uses of property inconsistent with the plan of <br />development herein provided will be begun and expanded and will <br />render this amendment to the Zoning ordinance ineffective, and will <br />make it impossible to develop property along the aforesaid freeway <br />in an orderly manner conducive to the best uses of the property for <br />the benefit of the owners thereof and the public . This ordinance <br />shall be in effect and force from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this ~ day of September ~ 1962. <br />Mayor -President of Council <br />C. H.
