C~k~_-_7...-..TtnT_ <br />'•~s: <br />Ordinance No. 767 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />yr i <br />?ley, V ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE No. 359, <br />" 'iE ZONING ORDINANCE _OF THE VIL?~AGE OF .MAYFTELD, A,.S <br />~~[ENDED.BY ORDINANCES NOS. 677 AND 721, BY.CLARIFYING <br />THE MEANING OF ,THE TERD4S "'SCRAP IRON OR JUNK STORAGE" <br />AS A CLASS U-7 PROHIBITED USE. <br />WHEREAS, in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village. of Mayf ie1d, "scrap iron or junk storage'0 are now and since the <br />enactment of said ordinance have been declared to be,Class U-7 uses, which are <br />prohibited; and <br />WHEREAS, on certain premises in the Village of Nayf field there is and <br />has been the storage of wrecked and dismantled automobiles and parts thereof <br />and of other materials in violation of the provisions of the zoning ordinance, <br />'- and it is the desire of Council by the enactment of the present amendment of <br />Section 3 of Ordinance No. 159 to make clear what the intent of said Ordinance <br />always has been; and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending ordinance has been <br />submitted to the Village Planning & Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, <br />or suggestions, and that said Commission has allowed a reasonable time for <br />consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set <br />forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such <br />hearing given in the manner provided by law. <br />N041 THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE VILLAGE OF . <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Section 3 of Grdinance No. 159, the zoning ordinance of the <br />Village of Mayfield, as amended by Ordinances Nos. 677 and 721, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"Sec. 3. Classif ication of Uses, For the purposes of this <br />Ordinance, the various uses of buildings and premises are divided <br />into groups, classes and subdivisions as set forth in the following <br />classification of uses; <br />Class U-1 Uses: (Single Family House) <br />(1) Single Family Dwelling. _ <br />(2) Farming. Nursery. Truck. Gardening. <br />(3) Any Municipal use by the Village of Mayfield. <br />Class U-2 Uses; (Two Family House) <br />(1) Two Family Dwelling. <br />Class U-3 Uses; (Apartment House) <br />(1) Apartment House <br />
