Reservoir. <br />(7) Motor Bus Terminal and Repair Depot for Buses. <br />(8) Doctors° and Dentistst Offices. <br />(9) Golf Course. <br />(lo) Research laboratory. <br />(11) Any other use which in the determination of the Village <br />Planning and Zoning Commission is in keeping with the <br />uses permitted herein as Class U-6 Uses and is not <br />injurious, obnoxious or offensive by reason of emission <br />of refuse water, odor, dust, fumes, vibrations, smoke, gas, <br />noise or otherwise, and is not dangerous to life, health, <br />property or morals and will not cause undue congestion on <br />the public highways. <br />Class U-7 Uses ( Prohibited) <br />(1~ A manuf acturing or industrial operation of any kind other than <br />_ listed hereinabove or in any other applicable provision <br />of Ordinance No. 159, as amended, unless a special permit <br />is given by the Village Planning and Zoning Commission <br />in accordance with Item (16) under Class U-5 Uses or Item <br />(11) under Class U-6 Uses. <br />(2) Veterinary Hospital. <br />(3) Storage of scrap iron, scrap paper, rags or other junk, and <br />operation of junk or scrap yard or auto graveyard. A <br />junk or scrap yard shall mean land open to the sky, used <br />as a place of storage or deposit of scrap metal, papers, <br />rags or glass. An auto graveyard is a place containing <br />one or more unhoused, dismantled or disabled motor <br />vehicles without current year Ohio license plates. <br />(4) Reduction of garbage, refuse, off al, or dead animals. <br />(5) Storage of explosives, except temporary storage by contractors <br />constructing public improvements in accordance with the <br />Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield pertaining to <br />explosives. <br />(6) Wholesale produce market. Wholesale produce sales room. <br />(7) Slat3ghtering of fowls and/or animals." <br />Sec. 2.
