Ordinance No. 768 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 349, ENTITLED: <br />" AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING_THE DTSPOSAI~ OF GARBAGE, <br />RUBBISH,.MANURE AND OTHER, WASTE", A'S AMENDED BY <br />ORDINANCES NOS. 632 AND 635, BY.AMENDING SEGTTONS <br />9 (a), 9 (b) and 9 (c) AND MAKING THEM APPLICABLE <br />TO UNDEDICATED OR PRIVATE STREETS. . <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VI7;LAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Sections 9 (a), 9 (b) and 9 (c) of Ordinance No. 349, <br />entitled: "An Ordinance Governing the Disposal-of Garbage, Rubbish, Manure <br />and Other Waste", as amended by, Ordinances Nos. 632 and 635, are hereby <br />amended to read.as follows: <br />"Sec. 9 (a). It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or <br />corporation to deposit, place, scatter, throw, drop, or direct, or to <br />permit to be deposited, placed, scattered, thrown, dropped or directed <br />any waste paper, waste material, shavings, tacks, bottles, wire, nails, <br />soil, earth, mud, substance, articles or other materials, whether <br />combustible or not, upon the premises of another, without the consent <br />of the owner or occupant of said premises. <br />"Sec. 9 (b). It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or <br />corporation to deposit, place, scatter, throw, drop or direct, or <br />permit to be deposited, placed, scattered, thrown, dropped or directed <br />any waste paper, waste material, shavings, tacks, bottles, wire, nails, <br />soil, earth, mud, substance, articles or other materials, whether <br />combustible or not, upon any public grounds or upon any dedicated or <br />undedicated or private street, highway, road, lane or alley in the <br />Village of Mayf field, except with the consent of the Building <br />Inspector and Service Director or a member of the Police Department. <br />"Sec. 9 (c). It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or <br />corporation to remove any rubbish, scrap metal or garbage which has <br />been placed in any dedicated or undedicated or private street, <br />highway, road, lane or alley or public grounds for collection, <br />without the consent of the Building Inspector and Service Director <br />or a member of the Police Department of the Village of Mayfield." <br />
