STRUCTION .OF WATER MAINS .AND ,APPURTENANCIa,S BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDs, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO: Sec„ l,~ That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving by the construction_of water mains and appurtenances [dorton Park Drive, from the existing water main in the intersection of Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drives in a Southerly direction to the Northerly line of South Woodlane Drive and of so improving Woodlane Drive~.f rom the Southeasterly corner of,Sub7.ot No„ 20 a.n a Southerly direction to the Northwest corner of Sublot No® 11, and of so improving North ,ioodlane Drives from the [dsterly line of Worton , Park Drive in a Westerly direction to the Southeasterly coiner of Sublot Noy 20~ and of so, improving South Woodlane Drive9 from the Nortliwesterly corner of Sublot Noy 11$ Easterly to a point 225 feet East of the center line of Worton Park Drive$ and of so improving Norman Lane Drive, from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive Westerly to the Easterly line of Woodlane Drives. amounting in the aggregate to $69~OOO~OOg as reported to this Council_.on the 21st day of May, 1962' and as.reported to the Clerk on the 2nd day of Mays, 1962' by the Board heretofore appointed to estimate said assessments notice of the filing of which assessments has. been given as required by laws be and tine same is hereby adopted and conf irmed~ and that there be and there is hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon both sides of those portions of Worton Park Drive,~,Woodlane Drives North Woodlane Drives South Woodlane Drive, and Norman,Lane Drive above deseri.bed, the several amounts reported as of oresaids.which assessmeritss together with the descriptions of said lots and lands are now on file in the off ice of the Clerk of this Council' and which assessments are in proportion to the special benef its and are not in excess of the special benef its to said property9 and are not in excess of any statutory lintitationR Sec; 2„ That the total assessment against said lots or parcels of land shall bebe payable in cash within 30 days from and after the passage of this ordinances or at the option of the owner, in ten annual installments with interest at the same sate as shall be boxne on the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same A11 cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of the Village of Mayf ie1dQ All assessments and installments, thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said 30 days shall be certif ied by the C7.erk of the Council to the County Auditory as provided by laws to be by him placed on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected,
