Section 4 of Ordinance No. 634, entitled; "An Ordinance Setting Up Certain Requirements for Swimming Pools, Providing Regulations for the Use and Ownership of Such Appurtenances and Prescribing Penalties for Violations", is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec, 4. Requirements for Swimming Pools. No swimming pool or pool used for cleansing purposes shall be used or maintained unless all of the requirements of this ordinance are complied with. No swimming pool shall be constructed within f fifteen (15) feet of the rear or side property lines, unless the owner. of the abutting property consents in writing to a lesser distance. No swimming pool shall be constructed in a f ront yard. No swimming pool may .be constructed in a side yard, except with the written consent of the owners of all the abutting property. Nor shall it be constructed within 20 Eeet of a dwelling located on an abutting property, except with a written consent of the owner of such abutting property." SeC. 2. Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 634 is hereby amended to read as follows; '0~ec. 12, Fencing. All swimming. pools shall be kept free from any nuisance of any nature. The area shall be fenced in case of family swimming pools by a fence 4 feet in height and in case of public and club swimming pools by a fence or enclosure not less than 8 feet high, and the entrance to the fenced or enclosed area shall be through a gate of the self closing type, with an approved lock. All such pools shall at all times be under the supervision of an adult person. The fences shall be of the open or transparent type and shall be approved by the Building Inspector as to safety hnd design, but a fence need not be of the Qpen or transparent type nor be required to have a gate of the self closing type, with an approved lock, if the only means of entrance and access is to or from the dwelling house, but such fence must be in conformity with the architectural design of the house. "
