ORDINANCE No. 797 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE THE SOM No. 6 WATER MAIN <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE CLERIC TO <br />TRANSFER TO SATD.FUND ALL.OR.ANY PART OF THE. <br />BALANCES IN THE.WATER MAIN TRUST FiJND AND, THE <br />CONSTRUCTION, FUND., . <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~IAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT; _ _ .• - - <br />Sec. 1. There is hereby created the SOM No. 6 Water Main Construction <br />Fund, which is to be used for the purpose of the installation and construction <br />of the water main and appurtenances in that portion of SOM Center Road in <br />which there does not now exist a water main. <br />Sec. 2. All funds borrocaed by the Village of Mayfield, whether by <br />Note or otherwise, for the purpose of financing the property ownersr share <br />of the cost of the installation and construction of the water main and app- <br />urtenance6 described in Section 1 of this ordinance and all funds used <br />to pay the Villagers share of the cost of such improvement shall be <br />deposited in said SOM No. 6 water main construction fund and shall be <br />used for such purposes. <br />Sec. 3. It appearing that there exist unexpended balances in the <br />approximate amounts of $20,542.14 and $5,400.00 in the Water Main Trust <br />Fund and the Construction Fund, respectively, and that Council finds that <br />the moneys in said funds are not required to meet the obligations of the <br />Sinlcing Fund or Bond Retirement Fund or any other fund of •the Village of <br />Mayf field, Council hereby authorizes the Clerk of the Village of Mayffield <br />from time to time to transfer all or such portion of the moneys in said <br />Water Main Trust Fund and the Construction Fund to the SOM No. 6 Water <br />Main Construction ,Fund which in his opinion may be necessary or required <br />to pay the cost of.the-construction of~the proposed water main and appur- <br />tenances described in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br />See. 4.
