Tt shall be prima-f acie unlawful for any person to exceed any of the <br />speed limitations set forth in this section. In<~ every charge of violation <br />of this section the Affidavit and Warrant shall specify the time, place, <br />and the speed at which the Def endant is alleged to have driven, and also <br />the speed which this section declares shall be prima-f acie lawful at the <br />time and place of such alleged violation. <br />Whenever the director of highways of the State of Ohio, in accordance <br />with Section 4511.21 of the Ohio Revised Code, determines a reasonable and <br />prima-f acie speed limit which is different from any such limit as set <br />forth iri this section, such speed limit so established by the Director <br />of Highways shall be effective in the Village of yiayf field, provided <br />appropriate signs are posted giving notice of such different limitations." <br />Sec. 3. Section 53 of said Ordinance No. 309 is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />"Sec, 53. Parking Rules: <br />No person shall stand or park a ~ehcle.except when necessary to <br />avoid conf lict with other traffic or with the provisions of this ordinance <br />or of state law, or while obeying the directions of a police officer or <br />a traffic control device, in any of the following places: <br />(8) On a sidewalk, except a bicycle; <br />(B) In front of a public or private driveway; <br />(C) Within an intersection; <br />(D) t4ithin ten feet of afire hydrant; <br />(E) On a crosswalk; <br />(F) Within twenty feet of a crosswalk at an intersection; <br />(G) Within thirty feet of, and upon the approach, to any flashing beacon, <br />step sign, or traffic control device; <br />(H) Bettaeen a saf ety zone and the adjacent curb or within thirty feet <br />o£_points on the curb immediately opposite the ends of a safety zone, <br />unless a different length is indicated by a traffic control device; , <br />(I) [~Tithin fifty feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing; <br />(J) Within tcaenty feet of a driveway entrance to any fire station and, <br />on the side of--the street opposite the entrance to any fire station, <br />within seventy-f five feet of the entrance when it is properly posted <br />with signs; <br />(K) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when <br />such standing or parking would obstruct traffic. <br />
