If such accident or collision is with an unoccupied or unattended <br />motor., vehicle, the operator so colliding with such motor vehicle shall <br />securely attach the information required to be given in this section, in <br />writing, to a conspicuous place in or on said unoccupied or unattended <br />motor vehicle. " <br />Sec. 5. Ordinance No. 309 is hereby amended by adding Section 17.1, <br />which shall read as follows: <br />"Sec. 17. 1. Consumption of beer or intoxicating liquor in a <br />motor vehicle. <br />No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor <br />vehicle. " <br />Sec. 6. Said Ordinance No. 309 is hereby amended by adding Section 107.1, <br />which shall read as follows: <br />"Sec. 107.1. Duty in case of d <br />e not occurring on public roads <br />or highways. <br />In ease of accident or collision resulting in injury or damage to <br />persons or property upon any public or private property other than public <br />roads highways, due to the driving or operation thereon of any motor <br />vehicle, the person so driving or operating such motor vehicle, having <br />knowledge of such accident or collision, shall stop, and, upon request <br />of the person injured or damaged or any other person, shall give such <br />person his name and address, and, if he is not the owner, the name and <br />address of the owner of such motor vehicle, together with t'ne registered <br />number of such motor vehicle, and, if available, exhibit his operator°s <br />or chauffeur4s license. <br />If the owner or person in charge of such damaged property is not <br />furnished such information, the driver of the motor vehicle involved <br />in the accident or collision shall within 24 hours after such accident <br />or collision, forward to the Sheriff of the county df Cuyahoga or to <br />the Police Department of the Village .of Mayfield, the same inf ormation <br />required to_be given to the owner or person in control~of such damaged <br />property and give the date, time, and location of the accident or collision." <br />Sec. 7. Existing Sections 13, 19, ~~, 107, and 108, and all other sections <br />inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed as of <br />the effective date of this ordinance. <br />
