FROM,. CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN . <br />THE. VILLAGE - .. _ <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners-has tentatively approved <br />a Snow and Ice Removal Program for the years 1963 - 1964; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads from which it is proposed to remove <br />snow and ice are Village streets and also County "roads known by the following <br />names and lying between the limits designated, viz: <br />Road <br />From <br />To <br />Highland Road <br />Wilson Mills Road <br />Zander Road <br />Ridgebury Boulevard <br />Westerly Village Line <br />Zander Road <br />Wilson Mi11s Road <br />Within Village Zimits <br />5.0.?~1. Center Road <br />Easterly Village Line <br />Southerly Village.Zine <br />NOt9 THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, ..THAT: _ _ . <br />Sec. 1. That it is declared to be o€ public interest that the consent <br />of the Village .by and such consent is hereby given to the removal of snow and <br />ice on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety; such <br />necessity exists by reason of the fact that snow and sleet storms may soon <br />create hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great public <br />inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed. <br />See. 3. That the Clerk be, and he is hereby -so.directed to furnish <br />to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certified <br />copy of_this Ordinance immediately upon the taking effect thereof. <br />Passed this 21st day of October, 1963, <br />Attest: <br />_ Mayor - President of Council <br />J <br />/ i <br />( EAL) erk <br />
