Sec. 10 PLUG(=I11Cs D~a >/T~TU;~: (a) Gisi~~i.1~L: Standard plugs shall- be inserted into 'the bell ends of pipes, tees, crosses and caps jointed 'to spi~;;ot ands of pi~.pes and fittings in the manner specified above and secured w•il;h clamps r~here directed by the :~ngineer.
