ORDINANCE No, 832 By Mr. Sloan AN ORDINANCE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE TON TRUCK AND SNOW PLOW FROM COA~lEP~CE FORD SALES, INC.. _ _ og~9~ ~~~ ~~ WHEREAS, Commerce Ford Sales, Inc,, a responsible bidder, duly filed it s, bid with the Clerk of the Village of ~layfield, in accordance with law, offering to sell to the Village a new 1964 Ford One Ton Truck, with Snow Plow attached, for the sum of $3,298.87, in accordance with the specif ications established in connection with the Notice for Bids and in accordance with the bid submitted by said Commerce Ford Sales, Inc. ; and _. WHEREAS, said bid is the locaest and best bid submitted. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~l,AYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,OHIO, THAT:, Sec. 1. The bid of Commerce Ford Sales, Inc., offering to sell to the Village of T~layfield a new 1964 Ford One Ton Truck, with Snow Ploca attached, as described in its bid submitted in response to the advertisement for bids, for the sum of $3,298.87, be and the same is hereby accepted. Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village are hereby authorized and empowered to execute all such documents and do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of this ordinance. Sec. 3.
