Sec. 1 (a) There shall be and hereby is appropriated from the Permanent <br />Police Personnel,_Fund. ( proceeds of special 2-mill levy) for the year 1964 <br />(first 5 months),~..the following: <br />Salaries of Regular Policemen 6,000,00 <br />Sec. 2. There shall be and hereby is appropriated from the Gasoline <br />and Street Maintenance and Repair Fund for the first 5 months of the year 1964, <br />the following: <br />Supervision Services 918.35 <br />Labor 467.99 <br />Materials 1,000.00 <br />~~: <br />Work by Contract 2,814.00 <br />Truclc 3,500.00 <br />Total 8,700.34 <br />State Highway Fund <br />Employees Compensation 77.00 <br />Materials 37.03 <br />Work by Contract 375.00 <br />Total 485.03 <br />Total under section 2 9,185.37 <br />Sec. 3. There shall be and hereby is appropriated from the Special <br />Assessment Bond Retirement Fund for the first 5 months of the year 1964, the <br />following: <br />Loan to General Fund 5,000.00 <br />Sec. 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the. immediate preservation of the public health, peace, saf ety <br />and welf are of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to provide <br />the necessary funds to carry out the functions of the Village, and this Ordinance <br />shall go into effect immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of January, 1964. <br />Attest: <br />( SEAL) ~.~------~Cler1~1 <br />'~~ ~~ <br />Nlayor _ President of Council <br />
