<br />ORDINANCE No. 837 <br />By Mr. Sloan <br /> <br />~~ <br />`~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR & <br />SERVICE DIRECTOR-AND THE VILZAGE ENGINEER TO APPROVE <br />APPLICATIONS O_F THE-EAST OHIO GAS COI~JPANY TO CONSTRUCT <br />GAS MAINS AND SERVICE IN THE VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD,.OHIO <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIEI,D, CUY9HOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: - _ .. _. <br />Sec. 1. Applications of the East Ohio Gas Company to construct gas <br />mains and service in the Village of Mayfield may be granted between meetings <br />of Council by the joint approval of the Building Inspector & Service Director <br />and the Village engineer. If they are unable to_agree upon granting ,the <br />,Application, it shall be ref erred to Council for approval or disapproval <br />at its next meeting. If the Building Inspector & Service Director and <br />the Village Engineer do not desire to pass upon a.particular Application, <br />it shall be submitted to Council for approval or disapproval at its next <br />meeting. If approval of an Application is not given by the Building <br />Inspector & Service Director and the Village Engineer, the East Ohio <br />Gas Company or any interested person may file a request with Council to <br />approve or disapprove said Application at its next meeting. <br />Sec. 2.
