That the assessment of the cost and expense of constructing <br />sidewallcs on Wilson i~Ii.11s Road,.,. on the North side thereof from the center <br />of State Route 1; also known as Tlie Freeways in an Easterly direction to <br />the Westerly line of SOM Center Road y, and ~n the South side ~f Wilson <br />Mills Road from the Westerly corporate line of the Village of M~.yf field in <br />an Easterly direction to the Westerly line of SOM Center Roads in accordance <br />with Resolution Noe 562 of the Village of Mayfield$ Ohio*, amounting in <br />the aggregate to $10y100.~00~ ats reported to~this Council on the 1§t~. day ~f <br />A,pril~,, 1964$ notice of the filing of which assessments has been given as <br />required by laws be and the same is hereby adapted and confirmed; and that <br />there be and are hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding <br />and abutting upon said improvement the several amounts reported as ~f oresaid, <br />which assessments and the description o~ said lots and lands ~.re now on file <br />in the office .of .the Clerk of this council and which assessments are not in <br />excess of the speci.al_benef its.$, and are not in excess of any statutory <br />limitation., <br />Sec,; 2~ That the total assessment against each lot or parcel of land <br />shall be payable. in cash within 30 days fram and after the. passage of this <br />ordinance, ~r, at the optiaen of the owners in 5 annual installments with <br />interest at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in <br />anticipation of the collection of the same* .A,ll Dash payments shall be <br />made to the Treasurer of said Villages All assessments and installments <br />~L-here~f remaining unpaid at the expiratia~n of said 30 days shall be certified <br />by the Clerk of this Council to the.
