<br />Between the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga

<br />Mayfield Heights, the Village of Highland Heights,
<br />and the; Village of Mayfield for the improvement of
<br />Ridgebury Boulevard between Richmond. Road ar~d S.O.M.
<br />Center Road, by the construction of a 9 inch rein-
<br />forced:~concrete pavement 29 feet wide (back to back
<br />Y of curb), type 3 curb, including roadway grading and
<br />drainage; pavement underdrainage, purchase of neces-
<br />e~ry right of way, and other work indicental thereto.
