A copy of each of <br />these ordinances shall be sent to the County Engineer. <br />TWELFTH:.. That LYNDHURST, M!?.YFIELD HEIGHTS, HIGHLAND HEIGHTS and <br />HAYFIELD each further agrees to. maintain the completed <br />'~ ~ road in a satisfactory manner. For a period of ten <br />(10) years after completion of the project the County <br />• Engineer will make periodic inspections and will notif <br />'each oi' the Municipalities as to any necessary repairs <br />which are required. to keep the load in a serviceable <br />~conditi.on. The aforementioned Municipalities agree to <br />make such repairs promptly when notified by the County <br />• ~~ 'Engineer that such repairs are necessary. The afore- <br />•. mentioned Municipalities also agree that if they fail <br />to make the necessary repairs during said ten (10) <br />' ,~ year period vrithin a reasonable time after receiving <br />,. • ; ,i; ;:. notice from the County Engineer that the COUNTY is : <br />~. .:~•authorized to proceed with the repair work and the <br />~' ~,f nrame~,tj,Or??G~.
