A copy of each of these ordinances shall be sent to the County Engineer. TWELFTH:.. For a period of ten (10) years after completion of the project the County • Engineer will make periodic inspections and will notif 'each oi' the Municipalities as to any necessary repairs which are required. to keep the load in a serviceable ~conditi.on.
