BUTTERNUT DRIVE from Walnut Drive to the Southerly terminus <br />of Butternut Drive, . <br />SANDALWOOD ROAD ( proposed) for its entire length. <br />The property abutting the above described streets is hereby assessed at <br />the rate of nine (9) cents per front foot, which is the amount of the special <br />benef its to said property. <br />Sec. 2. That there be levied and assessed, and there is hereby levied <br />' and assessed, upon.the land bounding and abutting upon the streets hereinabove <br />described as benef iting by said improvement the several amounts heretof ore <br />reported to this Council, which assessments together with the description of <br />said lots and lands is now on file in the off ice of the Clerk of said Village <br />and which assessment and the several amounts thereof are in proportion to the <br />benef its accruing to the property .assessed. <br />' Sec. 3. That the total assessments shall be paid in one annual <br />installment together with the general taxes for each of the tax:~:years 1964, <br />1965 and 1966, <br />Sec. 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />' necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, and its inhabitants and for the further reason <br />that the immediate provision for the lighting of said streets is necessary for <br />the saf ety and convenient travel of all inhabitants of said Village, whether <br />or not they live on property abutting the streets to be improved, and this <br />ordtance> shall take effect and be in force immediately upon the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 13th day of July, 1964. <br />~~`~~ f <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />Attest: <br />.~,~J ~ ' ~~ -- <br />-~~ -lurk <br />
