CORNER OF SOM CENTER,ROAD AND. <br />.... <br />SANDALWOOD. DRIVE FROM CLASS U-2 USE DTSTRICT_TO <br />CLASS U-4 .,USE .DISTRICT , <br />WHEREAS, the owner of more than 50% of the property hereinafter <br />described has filed a Petition with Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />under Section 23 of Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance of said Village, <br />requesting the amendment to_the Zoning Ordinance hereinafter set forth; and <br />WHEREAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village <br />Planning.& Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestion, <br />and said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration <br />and report and has made its report thereon, and that a public hearing has <br />been had thereon, with notice of such hearing given in the manner provided <br />by lawn and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that the use of said property for commercial <br />purposes. will be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, <br />prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and will not substantially <br />injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF.OHIO., MEMBERS, CONCURRING, THAT: _ <br />Sec. 1. The following described property shall be transf erred as <br />of the eff active date of this ordinance from a Class U-2 Use District to a <br />Class U-4 Use `District; .,, . <br />"Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being a parcel of land located at the <br />Southeasterly corner of SOM Center Road and Sandalwood Drive, being <br />47.22 feet front on the Easterly side of SOM Center Road and 180 <br />feet deep along the Southerly side of Sandalwood Drive and being <br />f urther bounded as follows: <br />On the South by a line parallel with the Northerly line <br />of Wilson Mills Road and 467.21 feet Northerly theref rom; <br />On the East by a line parallel with and 210 feet Easterly <br />from the centerline of SOM Center Road; <br />On the North. by the Southerly line of Sandalwood Drive; <br />• And on the West by the Easterly line of SOM Center Road.
