DEPARTMENT AND Pd~ANNING AND ZONING <br />CQ1M'iISSIQN .. _ - <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA-COUNTY~.OHIO, .THAT:. -- - - - <br />Sec. 1. Whenever he finds it necessary to employ temporary <br />extra clerical help to carry out the Functions of the Mayor°s <br />Court, the Service Department and the Planning and Zoning Commi- <br />sion, the Mayor of the Village of Mayfield is authorized to <br />employ such person at compensation of $1.50 per hour. <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the iu~ediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and <br />its inhabitants, in order that the necessary extra help may be <br />procurred in order to carry out the necessary functions of the <br />above mentioned departments, and this ordinance shall be in full <br />force and affect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of July, 1964. <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />Attest: <br />°~ l ~/~ ~ <br />CSEAL) irk <br />
