OHIO 44143-4384 PHONE (218) 440-4006 , DESCRIPTION OF A PERPETUAL 50' CHANNEL EASEMENT Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Mayfield Township Lot No. 36, Tract No. 1 further bounded and described as follows: • Beginning at a point being the southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 77 in the Aintree North Subdivision No. 2 as shown in map Volume 226, Pages 145 and 146 of Cuyahoga County Records; said point also being the principal iDoint of beginning of the easement herein described; Course No. 1- Thence N 880 19' 15" W, along the southerly line of said Sublot No. 77 and the southerly line of Sublot No. 78 in said subdivision, 153.63 feet to a point; ' Course No. 2- Thence S 690 19' 41" E, 348.92 feet to an angle point; Course No. 3- Thence S 590 22' 00" E, 627.31 feet to a point on the westerly line of Sublot No. 116 in the aforesaid Aintree North Subdivision No. 2, said point being distant N 1° 42' 31" E, 64.19 feet from the south- westerly corner of Sublot No. 116; Course No. 4- Thence N 1°42' 31" W, along the westerly line of said Sublot No. 116, 59.18 feet to a point; Course No. 5- Thence N 590 22' 00" W, parallel to course No. 3 and distant 50.00 feet by rectangular measurement therefrom, 600.00 feet to an angle point; Course No. 6- Thence N 69° 19' 41" W, parallel to Course No. 2 and distant 50.00 feet by rectangular measurement therefrom, 208.01 feet to the principal point of beginning and containing 1.024 acres of land be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
