RESOtUTION N0. 86-27 <br />, <br />INTRODUCED BYe Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMENDED FINP,L <br />PLAT FOR TH E HANOV ER WOODS SUBDIV IS ION <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, did, on <br />October 21, 1985 adopt Resolution No. 85-57 accepting the fi.nal plat <br />for the Hanover Woods Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, since the af oresaid date the final plat has been <br />amended and resubmitted by the developer to the municipality; and <br />WHEREAS, the said final subdivision plat, as amended, has <br />been approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission and by the Village <br />Engineer, the approval of the latter being included in a letter dated <br />May 16, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" <br />and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the municipality have <br />determined that the subdivision plat, as amended, complies with all <br />other applicable provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Niayfield <br />Village, Ohio, pertaining to planning, platting and subdividing <br />procedures; now, thereforeo <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereby <br />approves the amenc3ed final plat of the major residential subdivision <br />known as Hanover Woods. <br />Section 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 85-57 <br />pertaining to the approval of the said subdivision plat shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committe2s, resulting in such <br />f ormal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requixements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason the approval herein is necessary in order to commence with <br />the construction of the required improvements for the said residential <br />subdivision. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage <br />by the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members elected to
