RESOLUTION 1V0. 86-55 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Fred N. Carmen <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO MORTON TH IOKOL <br />FOR THE SALE TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROAD SALT ON <br />AN AS NEEDED BASIS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Niayor and Director of Finance are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Morton Thiokol <br />for the purchase of road salt, on an as needed basis, in an amount not <br />to exceed Sixteen Dollars and Three Cents ($16.03) per ton dumped. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Codeo <br />Section 3.
