Single-family zoning will remain on <br />the 867 feet of SOM 'Center Road <br />frontage of"the subject property from <br />the centerline of,SOM Center to a <br />line 200.feet west of and parallel to <br />that centerline. A`legal description <br />of the land to remain zoned <br />single-family is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. The owners will grant and record a <br />deed restriction requiring the SOM <br />Center Road frontage, as described in <br />Exhibit A,'to remain in the single- <br />family zoning classification of the <br />village. . <br />4. The' single-:»family zoned property <br />fronting on:_.Som Center Road, as <br />described',n.Exhibit A, shall be <br />subdivided. into single-family lots <br />and the plat: 'filed, fpr record <br />purposes :. In consideration of_the above, the <br />remainder of the 14.06 acres of the <br />subject property shall be zoned <br />production-distribution with special <br />,set back lines and ,land coverage <br />regulations. There will be no ingress or egress to <br />or from the production-distribution <br />" zoned property, as described in <br />Exhibit B "from SOM Center Road, <br />except that plaintiff Patterson and <br />defendants Hejcl, who now.have <br />single-family houses and"driveways <br />entering "'from SOM~" Center Road shall <br />continue to`be entitled to use the <br />driveways as long as their property <br />is used for"single-family purposes. <br />7.
