RESOLUTION N0. 85-15 Failed 4/15/85 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING _. <br />PROVING.IAL~~HOMES TO BE THE <br />LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR ALL <br />CERAMIC TILE WORK TO BE INSTALLED <br />IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING AND <br />AND DEC~,ARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. In accordance with bids received pursuant to <br />advertisement as required by law, <br />is hereby declared to be the lowest and best bidder for all the <br />ceramic the work to be installed in the Community Room Building. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for the reason that the contract awarded herein is necessary to <br />maintain a timely schedule for completion of the Community Room <br />Building. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage by <br />the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members elected to <br />Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time <br />allowed by law. <br />First Reading: <br />Richard C.
