(f) In addition to the other services mentioned hereinabove the Engineer shall be required to attend the regular monthly meetings of Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission, the one monthly Council Caucus meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission Workshop session and such other meetings, whether in or out of the Village, as the Mayor shall determine. For attendance at these meetings the Engineer shall be compensated at the monthly rate of T-trr-e~e--Fkxr~r-mod F.if~i_~.-l.a-r.s-~~3-5-0~~0-0~- THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHTY FIVE CENTS ($364.85) payable monthly upon billing by the Engineer. Section 2. All prior resolutions inconsistent with this resolution in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this resolution. -Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that the employment of an Engineer is necessary for the orderly development of the community. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise
