NAMEo The name of the Council of Governne-nts is "Regional <br />Water Council of Governments." <br />II. PURP0.SEo The Regional Watex Council of Governments-shall be <br />an organization of municipal corporations to which the City of Cleveland, <br />Ohio, sells water, either by direct service to residents or on a bulk <br />basis. The purpose of the Council is to represent such municipal corpor- <br />ations in conmlunications, understanding, uniform approaches and exchan.ge <br />of information between the Council of Governments and the City of Cleveland, <br />Qhio, with respect to watex service, system and local operations, rates, <br />mintenance and capital investmentse <br />I I I. OFtC',ANI ZATION. <br />A. Fach nxanber corporation which is a party to this Agreene.nt <br />shall be a member of t1-ie Council of Governments. The mayor or <br />othex chief executive officer of each municigal corporation, or a <br />duly authorized designate, shall represent each municipal member <br />in the Council of Governmexits. <br />B. The Ttembers of the Council of Goverrun°nts shall elect a Board <br />of Trustees consisting of nine (9) of thei.r memb-exs effective the <br />May meeting of each year. Current menbers shall serve unti.l the <br />April, 1985 elections whi.ch shall be nade as follows:
