M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 83- 7 <br />Page -2- <br />Section 6. Upon the filing of the said estimated <br />- assessments as hereinabove provided, the Clerk is authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the passage of this Resolution and of the <br />filing of said estimated assessments to be served upon the owners of <br />all lots and parcels of land to be assessed in the manner provided by <br />law. <br />Section 7. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the office <br />of the Cuyahoga County Auditor.. <br />Section 8~ That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 9. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />in that the improvement authorized herein will help insure safe access <br />for emergency, service and passenger motor vehicles.
