M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 83- 7 Page -2- Section 6. Upon the filing of the said estimated - assessments as hereinabove provided, the Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the passage of this Resolution and of the filing of said estimated assessments to be served upon the owners of all lots and parcels of land to be assessed in the manner provided by law. Section 7. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the office of the Cuyahoga County Auditor.. Section 8~ That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 9. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in that the improvement authorized herein will help insure safe access for emergency, service and passenger motor vehicles. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. - ,~~ .,{' ..
