M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 83- 15 Page -2- hereby grants to Barbara DeWilde a U-6 Special Use Permit to use the basement of the premises located at 865 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the purpose of conducting her business as a real estate appraiser. Section 2. Section 6. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto.
