3/7/88 <br /> <br />9 <br />l? . <br /> <br />VoL. <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY EASSMENT <br />88-1600 PAGE 28 <br />WHiTEHAVEN PARK ASSOCIATION ("Grantor"), of Mayfield <br />Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a cemetery association organized and <br />operating pursuant to.Ohio law, and the owner of the real property <br />described hereinbelow, for valuable consideration paid, conveys and <br />grants to MAYFIELD VILLAGE, ("Grantee"), a Nlunicipal Cocporation duly <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, located in <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a perpetual easement for the construction, <br />maintenance, inspection, operation, protection, repair and replacement <br />of a Traffic Signal Pole within the lands designated in the diagram <br />attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and more fully described as <br />follows: <br />Parcel No. 831-20-2 <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayfield <br />Township Lot No. 35, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the centerline of S.O.M. Center <br />T' Road (60 feet wide), which is distant South 40 55' 20" <br />East along said centerline, 32.00 feet from its intersection <br />with the centerline of Beta Drive (60 feet wide); <br />?°?
