RESOLUTION N0. 88- 32 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION STABLISHING THL COMPENSATION OF 'PHE RECRBATION COORDINATOR FOR 1988 AIaD DECLARING AN EMERGSNCY BE IT RFSOLVSD BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIEI.llll VILLAGE, Offi0, THAT: SECTION 1: Effective January 1, 1988, and retroactive thereto, the compensation of the Recreation Coordinator of Mayfield Village, Ohio, shall be Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($4,100.00) per annum, payable monthly as an employee of the municipality. The Recreation Coordinator shall have the option of being included in the Public Employees Retirement System. SSCTION 2: The Council £inds and determines that all £ormal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3: This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and wel£are of the Residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that the Reso- lution establishes the compensation of a necessary municipal employee.
