RESOLUTION N0. 88- 32 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />STABLISHING THL COMPENSATION OF 'PHE <br />RECRBATION COORDINATOR FOR 1988 AIaD <br />DECLARING AN EMERGSNCY <br />BE IT RFSOLVSD BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIEI.llll VILLAGE, Offi0, THAT: <br />SECTION 1: Effective January 1, 1988, and retroactive thereto, the <br />compensation of the Recreation Coordinator of Mayfield Village, Ohio, shall <br />be Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($4,100.00) per annum, payable monthly <br />as an employee of the municipality. The Recreation Coordinator shall have <br />the option of being included in the Public Employees Retirement System. <br />SSCTION 2: The Council £inds and determines that all £ormal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3: This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and wel£are <br />of the Residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that the Reso- <br />lution establishes the compensation of a necessary municipal employee.
