RESOLUTION N0. 817 gy : MR. LEECH A RESOLUTION OBJECTING TO THE ISSUANCE OF A D-5 LIQUOR PERDffT TO TARY 146, INC. DBA MFt. STEAK 146 IN THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO G°a 1 WIiEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield has received a Notice from the Director of the Department of Liquor Control of the State of Ohio of the filing of an application by Tary 146, Inc. DBA Mr. Steak 146, for issuance of a D-5 Liquor Permit at 6535 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield, Ohio, and -- WHEREAS, this Council finds that the location of said premises is not ' suitable for the operation of such a permit. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved By The Council o£ The Village o£ Mayfield, ' Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: r ? Section l. The Council of the Village of Mayfield objects to "the issuance e1 ; of a D-5 Liquor Permit to Tary 146, Inc. DBA Mr. Steak 146 at the address above- , stated for the reason hereinabove given. _ -- Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to send to Director _ of the Department of Liquor Control two certified copies o£ this Resolution, ,. together with a written statement, to be signed by the Clerk-Treasurer, of Council's reasons for objecting to the issuance of said permit, a copy of which statement has been filed with this Council and is hereby approved. Section 3. This Resol•ution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public morals, peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of MayfieTcl an.d its inhabitants, in that the public welfare and morals will be endangered by the sale of liquor at the proposed location, unless the otijections of this Council are transmitted to the Director of Liqnor Control within thirty days after the date of the notice sent by him, and this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
