RESOI,UTION N0. 818 <br />BY: MR. Davis - <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY TO IMPROVE <br />CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, OHIO, BY SiJPPLYING SAID STREETS WITH <br />ELECTRIC LIGHTING. <br />Be It Ordained By The Council of The Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga, <br />County, Ohio, That: <br />Section 1. It is necessary to improve the following streets, between <br />the termini herein set forth, caith electric street lighting: <br />WILSON MYLLS ROAD from the West corporation line_to the East <br />corporation line of the Village of Mayf ield, ,, <br />IiIGHLAND ROAD from S.O.M. Center Road to the West corporation <br />line of the Village of Mayf ield, <br />? S.O.M. CENTER ROAD from the Southerly corporation liae to the <br />'I Northerly corporation line of Village of Mayfield, <br />j LANDER ROAD-from.Wilson-Miils Road to Ridgebury Boulevard. <br />? I <br />' Section 2. The plans, specifications and estimates of cost of the <br />proposed improvements, heretofore adopted by the Village, in connection with the <br />present lighting system of the Village, are hereby approved and confirmed. <br />? Section 3. The entire cost of said improvements, less two percent (2y) <br />thereof, and the cost of intersections, sha11 be assessed in proportion to the <br />benefits upon all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the following <br />j described streets in the Vill'age of Mayfield, which lots and lands are hereby <br />j determined to be specially benefited by said improvements, and the cost thereof <br />I shall include the cost of preliminaay and other surneqs, plans, specifications, <br />? profiles, and estimates, and of printing, serving and publishing notices, <br />resolutions, and ordinances, of engineering and legal services, and all other <br />neeessary expenditures: <br />The Southerly side of WIiITE ROAD from S.O.M. Center Road to the <br />Westerly corporation line of the Village of Mayfield, <br />HIGHLAND ROAD from S.O.M.
