RESOLUTION N0. 818 <br />Page 4 <br />general taxes and collected against each of the parcels of 3and so assessed, <br />provided, however, that the owner of any property so assessed ma,y at his option <br />pay any of said assessments in cash within 30 days from and after the passage <br />of the assessing ordinance. <br />Section 5o The remainder of the entire cost of said improvements shall <br />be paid out of the General Fund of the Village of Mayfield. <br />Section 6m That the Clerk of this Village be and he hereby is <br />authorized and directed to prepare and file with the Council the estimated <br />assessments of the cost of the improvement described in this Resolution. Such <br />estimated assessments shall be based upon the estimate of cost of said <br />improvement now on file in the office o£ the Clerk of this Council and shall <br />be prepared pursuant to the proeisions of this,Resolution. When such estimated <br />assessments have been so,filed, said Clerk-shall cause-notice of the adoption <br />of this Resolution and the filing of said estimated assessments to be given <br />to owners of all lots and lands to be assessed as provided in Section 727.14 of <br />the Ohio Revised-Code. <br />Section 7. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety, and welfare and for the further reason that the immediate provision <br />for the lighting of said streets is necessary for the safety and conv,enient <br />traveg of all inhabitants of said Village, and this Resolution sha3.1 take effect <br />and be in force immed3atcely upon the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 15 th day o£ MaV , 1972. <br />..
